In review or vetting of document, can I ask the lawyer to make changes in the agreement?

No, for the reviewing/vetting service, the lawyer may only recommend changes and answer your questions over a phone/video call, but you are responsible for making the changes/updates yourself.

Does the Opinion Report service cover visits to the Sub-Registrar’s office?

No, for the Opinion Report, the lawyer will verify previous ownership (and other relevant) documents and check the title rights of the seller. However, generating a title search report of last 13 years and acquiring certified copy from the Registrar/Sub-Registrar’s office is not included. Visits to any Registrar/Sub-Registrar’s office by the lawyer is not included.

Is stamp paper and registration service also included in the Sale Deed drafting?

No. For Sale Deed drafting, the lawyer will only draft the sale deed/property purchase agreement. Registration of the agreement at the Sub-registrar’s office and acquiring of stamp paper is not included in this service package.
