- This Personal Loan is provided by Fibe
- These are available to Person of Indian Origin with minimum 18 years age.
- Customers of Housing.com are given this Personal Loan by Fibe based on their credit scores and by accepting the credit facility, customers are irrevocably agreeing to use their personal details to check their CIBIL scores for giving the Personal Loan as per their credit scores.
- Customer can avail this facility at its sole discretion only.
- I authorize Housing to share my information with its respective Partners in connection with my loan application and with other business associates offering value-added services including but not limited to insurance partners. Further, I consent that I may be contacted by Housing, its Partners, business associates vide email, SMS, phone call, WhatsApp or any other mode of communication as provided/available in relation with my loan application and other value-added services.
- The terms and conditions including and not limited to the interest rates charged, delay charges etc. shall be solely at the discretion of Fibe and Housing.com shall not be responsible for any issues relating to any servicing or terms of the Fibe with the Customers. Customers are therefore requested to read the terms and conditions of the Fibe before taking up any Personal Loan by Fibe.
- Fibe reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of the Credit facility from time to time.

- Housing doesn’t exercise control over Bill generation, Mini statement, EMI details, reminders to make outstanding payment, option to make payment etc. The user can access all these details on the Fibe platform in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Fibe website.
- Alternatively, you can send it to support@housing.com and we will share the same to Fibe for resolution.
- All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Gurgaon Courts only.
